The scheme gives you the opportunity to train on favorable terms, with payment made directly through your salary. This makes it easy to prioritize physical activity in a busy everyday life.
The purpose is to support wellbeing, health, and job satisfaction among DSB employees – and to make it easier to choose an active lifestyle. On this page, you will find all the necessary information about the scheme as well as guidance for registration.

The payment is automatically deducted from your net salary – no separate invoices or manual transfers.
💰 DSB pays DKK 100
DSB contributes DKK 100 per month toward your membership, so you save directly on your fitness.
✅ Simple and straightforward
One solution, one deduction – you do not have to keep track of extra subscriptions and payments. Please note that the subscription is binding for 12 months from the start date and can only be terminated if you leave your workplace.
What is a net salary solution?
How it works
A net salary solution is an arrangement where you as an employee pay for a staff benefit - e.g. fitness - via your salary. The amount is deducted directly from your salary as a net salary deduction after tax.
The payment happens automatically every month, so you do not have to keep track of separate payments yourself. It is a simple and clear solution that makes it easy to prioritize health.

Important information about ordering
📅 Ordering window
Orders can be placed from the 1st to the 15th of each month. Orders placed outside this window will be processed in the following period.
🚀 Start date
Your fitness solution starts on the 1st of the month after the month following your signup – not the next upcoming month.
📌 Example
If you sign up on August 10, your solution will be active from October 1. You will see the salary deduction on your payslip in the month of October.
How to access the portal
It is easy and quick to get started. You simply fill in your basic information in the portal, after which you will receive a personal access code by email. Then you can freely choose your preferred fitness chain and order your membership.
Which email should I use when registering?
You must use your DSB email.
If you are an employee of DSB Service & Retail and do not have a DSB email, you must use your private email.
